Essential oils are very beneficial to our physical and emotional well-being, and can be a lovely addition to our daily routine. Sometimes disharmony of the Fire element can be seen as anxiety, depression, agitation, insecurity, insomnia, and restlessness. There is a sense the the mind is unable to settle.
     These are some of my favorite oils that support the element of Fire, balance the emotional energy of the heart, support the emotions of love and joy, and the season of Summer.Jasmine oil is the perfect aromatic, to help lift the spirits. It is considered an antidepressant, and euphoric as its warm exotic floral comforts and uplifts the emotions. Jasmine oil can reawaken passion and restore our creativity as it both calms and connects us to our deepest desires.

 

Ylang ylang oil is helpful in easing emotional anxiety and connects us to our sensuality. It clears heat fro the energetic heart, relieving nervous tension, palpitations, restlessness, insomnia, and agitation. It both calms and uplifts the mind.
 

Lavender oil cools and smooths the Heart energy, and is one of the most comforting oils for the spirit/mind. It is also considered an antidepressant, antispasmodic, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory, lending itself to many uses in healing the body. Lavender’s fresh, soft fragrance can help with insomnia, palpitations, and nervous tension.

 

Rose oil traditionally symbolizes love, and its fragrance has been used for centuries as an aphrodisiac. it nourishes the heart energy and has a cooling, calming, supportive effect. this oil alleviates anxiety that is caused by fear and insecurity, and is reassuring in emotional wounds, restoring trust and making it possible to love again (including self-love)
